Wooster Square's Cherry Blossoms Have Been Celebrated Each Spring Since 1973, When 72 Yoshino Japanese Cherry Blossom Trees Were Planted By The New Haven Historic Commission In Collaboration With The New Haven Parks Department And Wooster.
